A truly natural Gaillac
The Vignals estate respects the principles of organic farming and no synthetic chemical products (pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers) are used for the treatment of the vines. Mechanization is kept to a minimum. Our objective : to obtain wines that are respectful of the natural balance and biodiversity.

- Soil type : clay-limestone
- Grape varieties : Duras, Braucol, Syrah, Mauzac, Loin de l’œil, Merlot, Sauvignon, Cabernet-Sauvignon
Traditional wine-making process.
Mechanical harvesting or manual harvesting with sorting in the vines. Pneumatic pressing. Low temperature fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats.
